Permission is granted to temporarily use SuperGrow for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and purchasing of gift cards only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Gift Card Purchase and Delivery

When you purchase a gift card through SuperGrow:

• Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email
• Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes
• Gift card validity periods vary by brand and are clearly stated at time of purchase

4. User Account

To purchase gift cards, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on SuperGrow are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. SuperGrow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall SuperGrow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use SuperGrow, even if SuperGrow or a SuperGrow authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SuperGrow could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SuperGrow does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. SuperGrow may make changes to the materials contained on its platform at any time without notice.

9. Third-Party Services

SuperGrow serves as a platform for purchasing gift cards from various third-party brands. The terms and conditions of the individual gift card brands apply to the use of their gift cards. SuperGrow is not responsible for the products or services offered by third-party brands.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
