1. Interpretation & Definitions

“Application” / “App”The Supergrow mobile software provided by the Company, downloadable to any electronic device.
“Brand”A third‑party merchant or issuer whose gift card, voucher, or other stored‑value instrument is sold via the Service.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”PERELMAN SERVICES Private Limited.
“Order”Your completed purchase of a Brand’s gift card or any other digital product on the Service.
“Service”Collectively, the Website and the App.
“Website”https://supergrow.money.
“you,” “your,” “customer”The natural person or legal entity using the Service.

Unless the context requires otherwise, words in the singular include the plural and vice‑versa.


2. Order Cancellation & Refunds

2.1 General Rule

All Supergrow products are digital, non‑returnable, and governed in the first instance by the refund rules of the underlying Brand. We act solely as a facilitator of your purchase and do not issue or control the gift cards themselves.

2.2 No Cancellation After Delivery

An Order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the digital code, voucher, or gift card has been successfully delivered to the email address or mobile number you provided, except where:

  1. Non‑delivery – you did not receive the code within 24 hours of payment confirmation;
  2. Invalid / Unusable Code – the code fails at the Brand’s checkout at first redemption;
  3. Brand-confirmed Redemption Issue – the Brand verifies a fault on its side.

2.3 Our Remedy

When a valid claim is approved, we will, at our discretion and subject to the Brand’s final decision:

  • reissue the same or an equivalent gift card; or
  • refund the amount to your original payment method (where technically feasible).

2.4 Evidence Required

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of discovering an issue and include:

  • Order ID
  • Gift card code (masked except last 4 characters)
  • Screenshots or error messages showing the problem
  • Your best contact number

Failure to provide the above may delay or invalidate your claim.

2.5 Verification & Timelines

*Complex cases or Brand‑side delays may extend these windows. The maximum turnaround time (TAT) is 10 working days from the date we receive complete information from you.

2.6 Platform Discretion

Where Brand policy is silent or ambiguous, or in suspected misuse or fraud cases, Supergrow reserves the right to decline a refund, offer store credit, or take any other reasonable action.


3. Statutory Rights & Limitations

  • Nothing in this Policy affects any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other applicable Indian laws.
  • Supergrow’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the affected Order.
  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed discounts, opportunity cost) are expressly excluded.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer before following the steps in § 2 may delay resolution. We reserve the right to suspend your Supergrow account while a chargeback investigation is underway.


5. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Website and, where material, we will notify registered users via email or in‑App notice. Continuing to use the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
