Unless the context requires otherwise, words in the singular include the plural and vice‑versa.
All Supergrow products are digital, non‑returnable, and governed in the first instance by the refund rules of the underlying Brand. We act solely as a facilitator of your purchase and do not issue or control the gift cards themselves.
An Order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the digital code, voucher, or gift card has been successfully delivered to the email address or mobile number you provided, except where:

*Complex cases or Brand‑side delays may extend these windows. The maximum turnaround time (TAT) is 10 working days from the date we receive complete information from you.
Where Brand policy is silent or ambiguous, or in suspected misuse or fraud cases, Supergrow reserves the right to decline a refund, offer store credit, or take any other reasonable action.
Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer before following the steps in § 2 may delay resolution. We reserve the right to suspend your Supergrow account while a chargeback investigation is underway.
We may amend this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Website and, where material, we will notify registered users via email or in‑App notice. Continuing to use the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
